2) Celebrate Black History Month, with author Anne E. Schraff.  Author of over 200 juvenile books will come and talk about Harriet Tubman and some other famous African-Americans. Come meet Anne E. Schraff and learn about our history. Seating is Limited, please arrive early. Thursday, February 5th @ 4pm.  

 

3) SpaceFest Special Event with Brigadier General Robert L. Cardenas, he will have a presentation on SpaceFest happenings and his career. Cardenas was the B-29 pilot that launched Chuck Yeagar when he broke the sound barrier. He will also discuss aviation progress from Gliders all the way thru jets and rockets. Come learn about his Any Time Any Place’ motto. Seating is limited please arrive early. Wednesday, February 18, 3:00 p.m.

 

4) NASA Guest: Jerry Hilburn. Jet Propulsion Laboratory in conjunction with the California Institute of Technology will present on our Solar System. Seating is limited please arrive early. Thursday, February 19th, 3:00pm.

 

5) Author Visit: Erica Miner is a crossover author for Adults and Teens. Erica Miner will discuss her latest book, answer questions and sign copies of her books available for purchase at the event.
