3) Celebrate Black History Month, with author Anne E. Schraff.  Author of over 200 juvenile books will come and talk about Harriet Tubman and some other famous African-Americans. Come meet Anne E. 4) SpaceFest Special Event with General Robert L. Cardenas, he will have a presentation on SpaceFest happenings and his career. Cardenas was the B-29 pilot that launched Chuck Yeagar when he broke the sound barrier. He will also discuss aviation progress from Gliders all the way thru jets and rockets.
