  "Your Community Livingroom" 

Sign Up For Summer Reading just visit www.sdcl.org and click on summer reading all ages are welcome (babies through adult) incentives for signing up and raffles at the end of the summer for completions! Please remember to pick Spring Valley as your library branch. Please tell the teachers and have their classrooms sign up we will also have FREE lunch Mon-Fri 12-1pm (in the library community room) and every Thursday at 1pm a special performer (they will be held at the Kempton Elementary School Auditorium).

Children and Teens:  

  • Preschool/Toddler Storytime (Wednesdays 5:00 PM)  
  • Free Homework Help M-Th 4-5 pm for ages 10-17. Located in the library when the teen center and the schools are open.  
  • Spanish/English Bilingual Storytime (1st and 3rd Tuesdays 2:30 PM)
  • Arts & Crafts (Wednesdays 3:00 PM) 
  • TAG Meeting (2nd Thursday at 4:00 PM) 
  • Daily Coloring Sheets 
  • First Friday Film at 2:30pm
  • Gameday Every 3rd Friday 3-4pm
  • Free Nutritional Snacks Monday-Friday 2:30-3:00pm Tuesdays 1:15- 1:45 first 125 youths under the age of 18.
